Josh is a lifelong resident of the area, having grown up in Winterport and raised his kids in Brewer with his wife Beth, he now resides on Pushaw Lake in Old Town. Now he brings his home construction background to his clients in the real estate market. He has built, remodeled, and flipped houses in the greater Bangor area since the late 90s, his most recent project being his own waterfront home that needed major updating. He also worked in the boat industry for the last 10 years where he grew a large following of loyal clients by providing superior customer service.
